Prepare supporting documentation to complete the registration form

Receive the College’s decision
- Report cards: Digital copies of the student’s final report card for June 2023 and June 2024.
- Birth certificate: A digital copy.
- If the child was born outside Canada:A digital copy of the citizenship or permanent resident’s card or certificate, or a copy of the student’s and parents’ visas, if applicable.
Two pieces of identification showing the name and address of a parent residing in Québec (digital copy). Please note: Medicare cards do not provide an address and are therefore not an eligible proof.
- If the student has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), include a copy of the most recent version and a copy of the neurological report.
- For the English sector, also provide a digital copy of the certificate of eligibility for instruction in English.
- Documents must be submitted online no later than September 30, 2023.
In the case of an application for admission to the English sector, a digital copy of the certificate of eligibility for English instruction will be required, in addition to the above-mentioned documents.Check criteria here

Personal information.

A username and password will be created for the admissions portal.
Keep this information in a safe place, as it will be needed to log in to the portal. -
Upload all required documents.

Online payment of $50 for administrative fees.
Once the application has been submitted changes on Step 1 can no longer be made online. An email must be sent to admissions.
Please note that the application will time out after 45 minutes if not completed.
For Secondary 1 : Decisions are published throughout the admissions period, or no later than September 30, 2024. Additionally, a confirmation email of the verdict will be sent.
For Secondary 2 to 5 : Decisions are published throughout the admissions period, or no later than February 28, 2025. In addition, a confirmation email of the verdict will be sent.

Attend the Open House
Villa Maria invites you to take a tour of its premises and discover the wealth and variety of services offered to its students. You will get to visit the classrooms, the interactive classroom, the science labs, the multimedia centre, the library, the sports facilities and the auditoriums.

Prepare documents to complete the registration form
STARTING JULY 17, 2023
Please ensure you have the following documents ready before completing the application form:
- Report cards: a digital copy of the final report card for the last two years (June 2021 and June 2022).
- Birth certificate: (a digital copy) indicating the name of the child’s mother and father.
- If the child was born outside Canada:
- A digital copy of the citizenship or permanent resident’s card or certificate, or a copy of the student’s and parents’ visas, if applicable.
- Two pieces of identification showing the name and address of a parent residing in Quebec (digital copy). Please note Medicare cards do not provide an address and are therefore not permissible as proof of address.
- If the student has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), include a copy of the most recent version and a copy of the assessment report.
- For the English sector, also provide a digital copy of the certificate of eligibility for instruction in English
- The documents must be submitted online by September 30, 2021, at the latest.

Fill out the online form and pay the registration fee
The online application form:
Step 1 – Personal information.

Await the college's decision
Wait for the school’s decision, which will be made after all applicants’ files have been reviewed. Decisions will be posted on the admissions portal. There are three possible outcomes:
- The student is accepted
- The student’s name is placed on a waiting list (Waiting list is unranked and remains active until September 2023)
- The student is denied admission

Receive your child's admission letter
For students who are accepted:
During the week of October 11, 2022, you will be asked to login to the portal and pay a non-refundable registration fee of $200 to confirm your acceptance of a place at Villa Maria for the 2023-24 school year.
An email will be sent following the payment to complete the online registration forms available on the portal.
